At Blue Door Coffee Roasters, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our coffee.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

For unopened items, returns may be considered within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return or report an issue, please email us at dewald@bluedoorcoffeeroasters.com with your order number and a description (and photos, if applicable).
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
